Pumpkins, pressure, and plenty of excitement in third grade!
Mrs. Flynn’s, Mrs. Bertram’s, and Mr. Hand’s classes recently turned science into a hands-on fall adventure.
Students explored the concepts of force and pressure by adding rubber bands around pumpkins to see what would happen. With each new band, the tension grew—and so did the suspense!
Through this fun experiment, our young scientists practiced prediction, observation, and teamwork while discovering the power of curiosity and the scientific method. We’re so proud of their enthusiasm and creativity!
